Traveling and loving the Dominican Republic for over 10 years, we knew this was where we
wanted to someday retire. We house shopped on numerous trips when the opportunity to
buy into the new Victorian Complex came about. Being there from the beginning mound of sand to the completion of our building in 2007, we knew it was the best decision of our lives. The Victorian is one of the most sought out prestige complex’s of the North Coast.

The complex itself is a short distance from the busy Cabarete beach area but secluded and quiet enough to relax. Located just east of the downtown, a 15 minute beach walk or 2 minutes by car, we also have great neighboring resort/complexes to enjoy dinner and cocktails for those who want a less active atmosphere.
Our home is breathtaking from the moment you step inside. It is the larger unit at the Vic. with over 2,500 sq. feet of living space and enormous outdoor lanai. The view from the glass doors overlooking the ocean hits you immediately upon entering. The interior is so inviting and comfortable, you may never want to leave. With the sophistication and elegance of the furnishings you will be impressed. Much thought, love and care has been applied with many upgrades throughout our home.
